How a custom order runs

Brief
Send drawings, photos or a sample, with quantities and your target market.
Drawings and quote
We confirm dimensions, materials and finishes, and quote the order.
Sample
We make a sample for you to check, or to see in our showroom.
Approval
You approve the sample and the final specification in writing.
Production
Your order is made in our workshops in Guzhen.
Checks and shipping
We test and pack the order, then ship on the agreed terms.
Design and compliance
Protected designs, certified for your market.
Our own designs are protected by design patents in China. Certification is arranged per order for the market you sell in, for example UL or ETL for North America and CE for Europe.
