Assembly
Wiring, fitting and final assembly.
Packing
Export cartons and protective inserts.

Quality
Checks before anything ships
Burn-in test
Lights are run for a period before packing.
High-voltage test
Insulation is checked against electrical breakdown.
Salt-spray test
Finishes are checked for corrosion resistance.
Drop test
Packed cartons are checked for transport damage.
Light-up test
Every light is switched on before it is packed.
Certification is arranged per order to meet your market’s requirements, for example UL or ETL for North America and CE for Europe. Factory audits can be arranged on request.
